What Youll Do :
- Expand the market by building and maintaining relationships with architects designers general contractors and facility endusers.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting new business to closing deals.
- Provide product expertise and technical support to clients.
- Stay ahead of the competition by tracking market trends and project specifics.
- Conduct CEU lunch presentations for key AD firms to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For :
5 years of B2B sales experience (Building materials window coverings or construction preferred).
Experience selling to the AD community and navigating the commercial construction bidding process.
Selfstarter with strong prospecting relationshipbuilding and closing skills.
Ability to manage a multistate territory with frequent travel.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
