Are you a relationshipdriven sales professional with experience in the Architecture & Design (AD) community A leading manufacturer of highquality commercial building products is looking for a Sales Territory Manager to drive sales growth expand market reach and build strong relationships with architects designers contractors and facility decisionmakers .
What Youll Do :
- Develop new business & maintain strong relationships with architects designers contractors and endusers.
- Drive market penetration and maximize sales within the Southeastern FL territory.
- Present and specify product lines in healthcare hospitality and commercial projects .
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and bidding to closing and followups.
- Become a product expert and a trusted industry resource.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For :
5 years of outside sales experience in commercial building materials .
Experience specifying products and working with AD firms in healthcare & hospitality .
Strong presentation skills Ability to deliver engaging product demos and CEUs.
Selfmotivated independent sales professional with strong relationshipbuilding skills.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred .
Bachelors degree required .
