What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative , you'll be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the market. Your role includes :
- Generating new business through cold calling, job site visits, and networking - 85-90% of your time
- Managing and servicing existing customers in collaboration with the Inside Sales Rep - 10-15% of your time
- Developing relationships with contractors, project managers, and industry leaders
- Attending trade shows, meetings, and industry events to grow the business
- Staying current on products, market trends, and industry advancements
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals & performance metrics
