What You ll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative you ll be responsible for driving new business building strong client relationships and expanding the company s footprint in the market. Your role includes :
Generating new business through cold calling job site visits and networking 8590% of your time
Managing and servicing existing customers in collaboration with the Inside Sales Rep 1015% of your time
Developing relationships with contractors project managers and industry leaders
Attending trade shows meetings and industry events to grow the business
Staying current on products market trends and industry advancements
Achieving and exceeding sales goals & performance metrics
Requirements
Who We re Looking For
We need a resultsdriven outgoing sales professional with a passion for business development. Our ideal candidate has :
35 years of inside or outside sales experience
13 years of experience in building materials construction or a related industry (preferred)
Strong B2B sales & cold calling experience
Knowledge of contractors vendors and competitors in the tristate area
Proficiency with CRM software & Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
Excellent communication problemsolving and organization skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize highimpact tasks
