Summary

As a Store Manager at Summit Cleaners, you will oversee daily operations and lead our dedicated team to provide exceptional customer service. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
• Lead, train, and develop staff to foster a positive team environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
• Thrive in a fast moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Must be able to meet operational and quality standards in this fast paced environment.
• Operation of production equipment, including our wet wash and dry-clean machines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in store management or a similar role within retail or service industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in training development is preferred but not required.
• Capability of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to our drive-through, maintenance of the boiler, steam presses, etc.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
