About the Role:
We are looking for an outgoing and organized Production Supervisor to join our CRDN team. Our Production Supervisor oversees the cleaning and restoration process by planning and organizing the production schedule. Their role involves ensuring the best efficiency while maintaining integrity and within budget. Applicant must have exceptional customer service skills as this position will be communicating with customers, contractors, and adjusters. The candidate must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and have great written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have driver’s license and be insurable
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Must be comfortable working in challenging environments following fire, water or wind damage
- 1-3 years previous experience in production and restoration is preferred
- Must enjoy working with others

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all versions of restoration.
- Maintain production efficiency by understanding and managing the team to achieve KPIs.
- Assist General Manager as needed.
- Ensure all front line staff is suited and set up for success daily.
- Ability to understand and perform subordinates’ job duties if need arises.
- Provide a positive leadership environment to encourage productivity and comradery.
- Monitor the inventory of supplies & timely submit requests.
- Develops the daily schedules of the CSRs and production team.
- Research damages and problems to identify the root cause, develop action plan and report to project manager and general manager.
- Manage the fleet maintenance and building needs.
- Enter all incoming jobs, push jobs to the field staff, print QR codes and create new job folders.
- Sign off on all delivery manifests.
- Produce non salvage and non-restore reporting.
