We have posted double digit growth every year for the past 6 years and 2025, as we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our spice packing operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in our facility.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Production Supervisor role located in Houston, TX at Rani Foods (Fully Climate Controlled). The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning production activities, managing production processes, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
- Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and FDA food safety regulations.
- Being able to setup packaging machines (FFS, Fillers, Etc), we can train, but be proficient in machinery to apply.
- Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning
- Strong Communication skills
- Maximize labor production
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Able to communicate in Spanish is required.
- 2 years of relevant production experience, with at least 1 year of leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent, I am looking for people that can hustle and help move our company forward
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
