Job Description
CRDN of Western Wisconsin is looking for candidates to fill our open position of Territory Manager. We are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals. As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling the complete line of CRDN services, act as a liaison between CRDN and our clients, and provide a positive experience for all parties involved in our claims. Experience as Large Loss Adjuster, Personal Property Contents Adjuster or relative positions in the restoration industry.
Preferably be located in Madison-Janesville-WI Dells.
Requirements
·Experience as Large Loss Adjuster, Personal Property Contents Adjuster or relative positions in the restoration industry.
· Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Project Management or Estimating Large Loss
· Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ bachelor’s degree preferred
· Background in contents/commercial electronics/reconstruction/mitigation
· Xactimate, ICAT, Encircle, experience preferred
· IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
· Commercial/Residential construction experience
· Background in sales, marketing, and relationship building
· Self-motivated and proactive
· Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
· Willing to travel
Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pinpoint market opportunities with adjusters, contractors, consultants, and institutions; with the mindset to build lasting and meaningful relationships. Expect to juggle competing priorities and client requests/deadlines on a regular basis.
- Own, progress, and close the sales funnel, turning potential opportunities to closed wins, through value-selling the benefits of CRDN services. Overcome objections and convert hurdles into growth opportunities.
- Display strong negotiating tactics by leveraging value propositions and pricing strategies.
- Be a consultant: constantly networking to become a trusted advisor to existing and potential customers. Boots on the ground at loss sites providing clear vision, solutions, and estimates.
