Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture - Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens - Make beds and change linens as required - Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork - Stock and maintain supplies in designated areas - Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed - Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Skills: - Carpet cleaning - Laundering - Residential cleaning - Hotel experience (preferred) - Floor care (e.g., mopping, waxing) - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces (e.g., wood, tile, glass) - Commercial cleaning experience (preferred) - Basic cooking skills (preferred) - Familiarity with housekeeping management software (preferred) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
