As we expand our service offering, we’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Strategist to join our Performance team, helping clients scale profitably while delivering best-in-class creative strategies.
Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing Strategist at Creatably, you’ll be the brain behind the marketing for clients who rely on us to help them grow quickly. Working alongside media buyers, UGC specialists, and creative teams, your job is to develop, implement, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies that help clients achieve their growth goals.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mind who thrives on turning complex data into actionable strategies. You’ll be expected to take ownership of client performance, drive marketing strategies, and ensure that each campaign contributes to client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategy: Create full-funnel digital marketing strategies, focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for clients.
- Client Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding strategy, providing detailed performance insights and recommendations in regular strategy sessions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) and continuously adjust strategies to optimize results across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Creative Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative team to inform content strategy based on performance metrics, ensuring the right messaging, creatives, and hooks drive conversions.
- Growth Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop financial growth models and forecasts that tie into the client’s broader business objectives, ensuring a seamless connection between marketing spend and business health.
- Multi-Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize performance across multiple channels, leveraging a mix of paid media, organic tactics, and creative strategies to drive client growth.
- Account Management: Client retention is your number one directive. You'll be managing timelines and deliverables to ensure that everything stays on track and aligns with client goals & expectations.
- Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to continuously improve strategies and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google (experience with YouTube is a plus).
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into metrics to inform strategy. Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards is a must.
- Full-Funnel Marketing: Experience in building and managing full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness, acquisition, retention) for eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to collaborate with creative teams, giving strategic direction that aligns with campaign goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Client-Facing: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and strategies into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, pod-based environment. Comfortable working cross-functionally with media buyers, creatives, and other specialists.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
