Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Agent or Property Management Professional to partner with us as an independent contractor. This role will focus on expanding access to Fair Chance Housing in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay areas by developing relationships with property managers and landlords committed to providing housing opportunities for justice-impacted individuals.
Key Responsibilities: The independent contractor will be responsible for:
- Supporting CROP's Fair Chance Housing initiatives
- Leveraging their expertise and professional network to identify and connect CROP with landlords and property managers willing to provide housing to CROP's clients
- Developing and leading trainings & webinars for property managers
- Facilitating online & in-person events to engage property managers
- Collaborating with CROP's Housing Response Coordinator to strategize and execute outreach efforts
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
- 7 years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field
- An established business with a large network of property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals in either the Los Angeles or San Francisco Bay Area
- A proven track record of engaging property managers and real estate professionals in housing initiatives
