What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Contractor for Property Management and Development position at Creating Restorative Opportunities and Programs?
CROP is looking for a skilled real estate or property management professional to help build out a pipeline of Fair Chance Housing property managers/companies in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay areas.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate, property management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of engaging property managers and real estate professionals in housing initiatives.
They will also need to have their own technological platform that can be leveraged for outreach, engagement, and tracking property manager participation.
The contractor will work closely with CROP's staff to identify and connect with landlords and property managers who are willing to provide housing to CROP's clients, as well as source rental properties or buildings that CROP may consider acquiring.
Key deliverables include developing a portfolio of permanent housing options, identifying potential housing units for acquisition, building a pipeline of at least 200 property managers, and securing event participation from property managers.
