Creation Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Electronics Manufacturing team in Westminster, CO. You’ll work directly with operations leadership to drive safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Provide training to all production employees on best practices, safety procedures, and specific manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data to identify and resolve systemic process and performance issues, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure timely maintenance of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Utilize your knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes, including SMT equipment, materials, and processes, to support production goals.
• Foster a positive and motivated team environment, ensuring employees are engaged and productive.
• Assist in scheduling production runs to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Work closely with quality teams to maintain high production standards and resolve assembly issues as needed.
• Assist production employees with assembly challenges, utilizing resources like Engineering and Technical Support for guidance.
• Collect data related to production performance and quality, performing failure analysis when needed.
• Perform other duties as required to support the production process and organizational goals.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing or related experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Formal education in electronics or a combination of education and relevant work experience. (Preferred, not required)
• Ability to read and interpret assembly processes, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with DMM (Digital Multimeter), hand tools, personal computers, and other standard production tools.
• Training or certification in IPC-A-610 (preferred but not required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Windows, Excel, and Word.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $70,000-$85,000 per per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.  The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.
