The Process Engineer Intern role will work in collaboration with their team to analyze and resolve a variety of technical issues related to quality and manufacturing. They will help solve simple or medium-level production problems related to process, tools, methods, part specifications, engineering specifications, and process equipment.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
- Operation of equipment, such as SMT, WAVE solder, selective solder wave, conformal coating, various table-top robots, potting machines, and inline automated washes
- Programming and maintaining documentation for all printed circuit board assembly equipment
- Troubleshooting assembly programs and equipment
- Use of statistical process control techniques
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current College Student in either a 2-year or 4-year program, preferable related to Engineering/Manufacturing, who have completed at least 1 year of their program.
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with positive attitude and willingness to learn

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position works in an office environment with significant time spend out on the manufacturing floor. Will be required to wear safety clothing and gears while working in safety sensitive areas.
