About the Role
Are you an experienced Community Sales & Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge with the opportunity to earn a commission for every successful move-in? We are looking for a driven and strategic marketing professional to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and engage with the community.
You will take the lead in crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen our presence in the market. Your responsibilities will include managing digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media strategies, and SEO/SEM initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee print and digital advertising, produce marketing collateral, and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion. Collaborating with sales teams, you will also develop tools and materials to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and business growth
- Manage digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences
- Work closely with sales team to develop sales enablement tools that drive conversions
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community sales and marketing or a related role
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Experience with print advertising, copywriting, and content management systems such as WordPress
- Knowledge of advertising sales processes and marketing analytics
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission
