Our client, a well known fitness brand is seeking a talented Art Director to lead their creative team in developing innovative branding and performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction and a passion for creating visually compelling campaigns that drive results. This is hybrid with onsite in NYC 3 days a week (T,W, Th) and remote 2 days for about 4 months with the possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team in developing and executing high-quality visual concepts for branding and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and visuals across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their skills and creativity.
- Oversee the production of visual assets, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and performance marketing campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and creative tools.
- Ability to think conceptually and strategically about design solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
