Associate Creative Director - Lifestyle / Fitness experience preferred
Our client is seeking an innovative Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing creative strategies and guiding the creative process to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that drive performance and resonate with our target audience. This position is ONSITE in NYC 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and remote 2 days - 40 hours a week for about 5 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Lead the creative direction of projects, ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Utilize performance marketing insights to inform creative strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor junior creative team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Oversee the development of creative assets using Creative Suite, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in performance marketing and the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with campaign optimization strategies is a plus.
