Creative Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative marketing solutions that engage audiences and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both digital and print design, with a proven track record in campaign activation and social media strategy within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Oversee creative design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage print and digital design projects, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
• Analyze market trends and adapt creative strategies to meet the evolving needs of the financial markets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative direction and leading design teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, campaign activation, and social media strategy.
• Experience in the financial marketing sector, with knowledge of FMO and RIA.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and project management software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and graphic design principles.
