MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE (3 DAYS ONSITE/2 DAYS WFH, SUBJECT TO CHANGE TO 4 DAYS ONSITE IN THE FUTURE)

Key Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will focus primarily on print and digital design requests for our creative and digital experience teams and must exhibit outstanding project management and client communication skills in achieving the highest possible standards in client service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that align with client goals.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity analytics to measure and analyze performance metrics and inform creative decisions.
• Design and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to client websites.
• Manage and update content on Sitecore, ensuring all digital assets are optimized for user experience and engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.
• An understanding of design principals, processes, and tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is helpful. The Creative Project Manager will be expected to keep our project management tools Lytho and Monday.com up to date daily.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in a digital marketing or web development environment.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity analytics for tracking and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and web optimization techniques.
• Experience with Sitecore or similar content management systems
• Agency or in-house creative team project management experience required including print, web/digital and video design projects.
• Background from the energy/utility industry is a plus!
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
