Creative360, the Studio Division of Creative Circle, is hiring a Creative Services Manager to join the studio team of one of our largest homebuilding and commercial real estate clients.
As the Creative Services Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing creative assets and ensuring brand alignment across 4 distinct brands.
This will be fully remote, 35 - 40 hours/week, starting as soon as identified.

As the Creative Services Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing creative assets and ensuring brand alignment across 4 distinct brands.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Creative Director by reviewing creative assets and ensuring brand alignment
- Oversee and manage projects using Notion
- Partner with internal and external partners including digital, customer experience, insights, communications, field marketing and external agencies to review marketing and sales materials for the company to ensure they meet brand compliance
- Ensures alignment of messaging, tone, and calls-to-action across all sales, product, and customer communications. Adhere to proper paid media guidelines.
- 5 years of experience in print and digital design as a Creative Services Manager, Brand Compliance Specialist or Project Manager overseeing brand compliance in particular.
- MUST have experience using Notion as a PM tool
- Detail-oriented and familiar with brand materials to catch inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple brands with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be creative and innovative and able to inspire others to think creatively.
- Excellent people skills and ability to impact and influence without formal authority.
