Creative C360, the Studio Division of Creative Circle, is hiring a remote Traffic Manager with Notion experience to join the studio team of one of our largest homebuilding and commercial real estate clients.
This role will be fully remote, 40 hours per week, for 6 months with the possibility to extend.
MUST be based in PST or MST time zone, and must have prior experience in Notion (project management platform) to be considered.
Responsibilities As a Traffic Manager
C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!

Responsibilities As a Traffic Manager
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing the workflow of marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Assign and track tasks across creative, digital, and content teams, ensuring proper prioritization and workload distribution.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, potential risks, and delays, offering solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Meet and collaborate with corporate marketing teams to strategize plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Identify roadblocks, resource constraints, or process inefficiencies and escalate them to the Senior Project Manager for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of timelines, deliverables, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- 7 years of marketing traffic manager experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience using Notion required
- Comfortable in an Agile environment
- MUST be an incredible multi-tasker
- Must be able to prioritize and manage deadlines
- Excellent listener communicator
- Must be comfortable running presentations
- Strong collaboration skills
