Our leading innovative consumer technology client is seeking a Developer Marketing Partnership Lead to join their team! This role offers 40 hours per week for 12 months (possibility to extend) and is REMOTE with a preference to candidates local to Culver City, CA.
Overview
The client's Developer Growth and Marketing team is looking for someone to help games thrive through smart, creative partnership marketing. You'll support developer marketing in two key areas: IP integration projects and in-game discovery.

- At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, partnership marketing, or similar.
- Prior experience with the technology industry is preferred.
- Experience in video games and partner marketing.
- Deep understanding of the mobile gaming landscape.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for data-informed storytelling.
- Great collaborator, organized, thoughtful, and energized by working with developers and partners.
- Curious, creative, and excited to shape the future of gaming.
- Lead IP Integration Projects:
- Identify brand opportunities that align with games.
- Partner with developers and producers to bring integrations to life.
- Drive awareness, downloads, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure marketing support.
- Measure impact and success.
- Drive In-Game Discovery:
- Support wayfinding experiences within games to help users discover more of what they love.
- Work with developers to design and implement effective internal cross-promotion and discovery strategies.
- Ensure strategies are grounded in great user experience.
- Measure success and continuously optimize.
