Our global travel client is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join their team for the next 3 months, 40 hours/week.
This role is 5 days onsite in downtown Chicago.
Role Summary
The Advertising, Social Media & Creative Services team is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to audit and organize digital assets, including photography, video footage, and production-related documentation. The Asset Manager will audit assets across SharePoint and Dropbox, recommend improvements based on industry best practices, and work with the DAM team to upload assets to the Digital Library. They will also support other departments by providing necessary assets.

Top Must Have Skills
- Experience with a digital asset management system (Intelligence Bank preferred)
- Experience gathering digital assets and designing workflows
- Experience with project management tools
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dropbox or similar online storage platforms
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Software account management experience preferred
- Experience working with metadata and applying keywords to assets
- Ability to work independently
- Audit all Advertising and Social Media assets stored in existing internal systems
- Recommend an improved system for organization and onboard key team members to support the revised system
- Work directly with the DAM team to upload relevant content to the United Digital Library
- Act as the main point of contact with various external partners to ensure all assets are stored internally in a secure, organized manner
- Respond to all asset requests from internal teams and agency partners
- Ensure the wider team is aware of asset locations and appropriate placement for future workstreams
