Our financial services client is looking for a Director of Digital Channels Product Management full-time. They are responsible for overseeing product management functions across web and mobile digital channels, supporting multiple lines of business across the organization. This role involves managing a team of product managers and business analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences that meet customer needs. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and compliance, to drive enhancements and innovations in digital customer touchpoints.
This is a hybrid role, onsite 2-3x per week in one of the following cities: Charlotte, NC, New York City, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, or Irving, TX.

Director Of Digital Channels Product Management Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Supports the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web and mobile digital channels in alignment with organizational objectives and user requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partners with design, engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to enhance and deliver customer-centric digital experiences.
- Team Leadership: Leads and develops a team of product managers and business analysts, ensuring effective execution of the digital product roadmap.
- Design System: Helps maintain the organization's design system, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
- Content Management System (CMS): Assists in the management and improvement of the CMS to streamline content updates across web and mobile platforms.
- A/B Testing and UAT: Oversees the implementation of A/B testing and UAT processes to optimize the digital customer experience.
- Customer Satisfaction/Rating (NPS): Contributes to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction through digital touchpoints.
- In-app and Push Notifications: Assists in the strategy and delivery of in-app and push notifications to drive engagement.
- Digital CI/CD Pipeline: Works with engineering and operations teams to ensure efficient feature releases through the CI/CD pipeline.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years in product management, with experience in digital channels. Mobile app experience is a must.
- Experience managing product teams
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
- Experience with content management systems and A/B testing
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and NPS initiatives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Preferred skills: Financial services or other regulated industries, design systems knowledge, familiarity with telemetry.
