Email Marketing Associate
Our client, a popular shoe brand, is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist for a year long contract role! This is a 40 hour per week opportunity. The team works on site from their Boston office 3 days per week.
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns, optimizing performance through A/B testing, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. This role is essential for driving engagement and conversions through effective email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling email templates and content.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to align email campaigns with product launches and promotions.
- Maintain and segment the email subscriber list to ensure targeted messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in email marketing
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
