Email Marketing Coordinator
Location : Fully remote; preference for hybrid in Framingham, MA
Duration : 4 months
Pay : up to $28 / hr, DOE
Our retail client has a need for an Email Marketing Coordinator ! This contract role will be roughly for 4 months and 40 hours a week.
This role is open to fully remote candidates but there is a preference for hybrid in Framingham, MA (onsite twice a week).
The role will be part of the team that works on email and digital initiatives. The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping create email content including brief writing, creative development and evaluation.
Responsibilities
Support email and digital content development based on business priorities and ongoing sales performance.
Partner with Email Supervisor and Media Performance team to execute the weekly email creative and production process with the purpose to deliver compelling, on-brand content that drives traffic to site and store.
Provide detailed direction and guidance to the teams student co-op.
Develop clear, strategically sound briefs and demonstrate an ability to provide clear, direct feedback.
Monitor the competitive email landscape as well as email trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
Experience using MS Excel & PowerPoint (no additional software required).
1-2 years experience with brand marketing; email experience is beneficial but not necessary.
Experience with brief writing and creative evaluation.
A team player who collaborates well and enjoys building relationships with partners across multiple disciplines with ability to navigate different team dynamics.
Exhibits strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
Agile thinker who works well in the gray and in a fast paced environment.
Strong problem solving skills.
