What are the responsibilities and job description for the IMMEDIATE NEED: Instructional Designer (eLearning) position at Creative Circle?
Our client, a marketing services agency, is looking for an Instructional Designer to quickly jump in and support the team's latest project!
A target deadline for the first draft is set for June 1st.
The Instructional Designer will report to the Operations Manager and be tasked with developing an eLearning course to educate in-store sales associates on their retail client's collection of fragrances. This course will consist of 8 modules total, each around 15 minutes in length, 120 minutes total. All of the course content (script video) and creative direction will be provided by client.
The screen layout and user interface (UI), including text and media placement, will remain consistent across the 8 modules. However, the color schemes and background texture will be adjusted according to the fragrances.

Instructional Designer Requirements
- Experience developing eLearning courses
- Proficient with Articulate Storyline 360
- Bilingual in French, Italian, German, and/or Dutch is a plus!
