Initiative Project Manager
This is a 40 hour/week freelance assignment that requires being onsite 2-3 days per week in Hapeville/Atlanta, GA and work regular business hours. This is non-negotiable.

- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Implement and utilize project management tools such as Workfront to track project progress.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs and email marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage CRM marketing strategies for project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management roles, with a focus on strategic initiatives, email marketing, and CRM management.
- Familiarity with project management software, preferably Workfront.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, email marketing, and CRM marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
