Position Overview
The Initiative Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives from inception to completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports.
- Proven working experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or campaign environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Workfront.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
