Our client is a luxury retailer looking for a Head of Creative Services who will lead the creative direction and strategy for the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of multi-channel creative campaigns that enhance the brands presence and drive engagement across retail and eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality creative solutions that align with business goals.
- While this not a Creative Director role, exceptional creative and design skills with an eye for typography, color theory, photography and digital design are required.
- Oversee the creative development of campaigns, visual assets and experiences across digital, physical and experiential touchpoints.
- Manager the creative budget and resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.
- Act as the brand guardian ensuring all visual identity and creative work reflects brand standards.
- Work closely with vendors and external agencies.
- Oversee internal processes for optimization of time and budget.
- 10 years of creative experience, 5 in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and the role of creative in driving business objectives.
