Your role at Tumi:
The Head of Global Creative Services will be responsible for leading creative direction at TUMI, including all end-to-end execution of all visual and brand assets across all consumer touchpoints. This includes both online and offline creative elements, including, but not limited to physical retail in-store collateral and materials (full priced, outlet, wholesale), eCommerce UX, print and digital campaigns, media layouts, global brand tool kits, emails, regional creative execution, packaging/hangtags, video production and more. The role will drive engaging creative strategies and consistency across all content funnels, driving consumer recruitment and ultimately, sales growth.
This role will be responsible for leading a team of creative professionals across design and copy, fostering a culture of collaboration with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Planning, Digital, DTC leaders, as well as international partners) to ensure that all creative outputs align and are consistent with the company's vision, branding, and objectives. This role reports into the SVP of Global Marketing and eCommerce, with close collaboration with TUMI’s Global Creative Director.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive creative strategy across all channels and consumer touchpoints that aligns with the overall brand identity and business objectives.
- Oversee the creative development of global content end-to-end, from key global campaigns to consumer touch points that enhance the customer journey, both online and offline.
- Partner closely with Global Regional partners to review and provide feedback on all incoming creative regional execution.
- Ensure consistency of creative across all consumer touchpoints globally.
- Oversee the creation of mood boards, design concepts, and prototypes to ensure all creative materials maintain a cohesive aesthetic and tone.
- Partner closely with Global Marketing team on business objectives, ensuring strategic brief is executed creatively to support the global needs.
- Oversee the creative budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all projects and initiatives.
- Manage team creative timelines and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.
- Balance high-quality output with cost-efficient execution by optimizing creative workflows and resources.
- Lead and manage the in-house creative team, as well as external creative agency and creative partners, including close partnership with regional creative execution.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development to creative team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Ensure team is nimble, forward-thinking, and up to date on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, and deliverables.
- Continuously improve creative processes and outputs based on insights and learnings gathered from performance data and customer feedback.
- 10 years of creative experience in retail, e-commerce, or related industries, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership position overseeing a team of creative professionals.
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand growth.
- Exceptional creative and design skills, with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, photography, digital design and the luxury landscape.
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and consumer trends across both digital and physical channels.
- Expertise in managing the creative production process, including concepting, design, photography, video production, and execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders globally.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), video editing tools, and other creative software.
- Proficiency in digital design tools for responsive web design and social media content creation.
- Ability to translate business objectives and marketing goals into compelling, visually-driven creative solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and mentor a team of creative professionals.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including retail campaigns, branding, digital media, and print materials.

Salary : $240,000 - $250,000
