Our client in the luxury property insurance industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist!
This REMOTE, freelance assignment starts immediately, and will continue (40 hours a week) for at least 6 months with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time, salaried position. While this role is remote, there is a strong preference for this person to live in the DFW area for occasional onsite collaboration.
The Marketing Specialist will be working alongside the business development team to strategize on the types of messaging and marketing materials needed to drive business. This person will then develop creative briefs, hand off to the creative team to execute and project manage to ensure deliverables are completed according to project timelines and specifications.
There is an emphasis on experience within lead generation and strong sales support background in this role.

Marketing Specialist Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 7 years of experience
- Experience working with sales enablement, demand generation, or mergers & acquisitions teams highly preferred
- Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop targeted content, messaging, and communication strategies for new market audiences
- Develop new value propositioning statements that can be utilized for prospecting conversations and pitch presentations
- Project manage all sales enablement projects
- Partner with Graphic Designer to create pitch presentations, marketing collateral, and other sales-support materials
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand and leverage products and customer data to drive segmentation, targeting, and communication strategies to engage various audience segments with the right message at the right time, including new product/offering launches
- Join prospecting conversations to help understand pain points and create effective messaging for marketing and awareness campaigns
- Identify KPIs, monitor and analyze marketing efforts and make continuous optimizations
- Identify opportunities to develop new channels to deliver increased awareness
- Conduct market research and collect relevant data, as needed
