Position Overview
The Marketing Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack to enhance campaign performance and drive data-driven decision-making. This role involves working closely with marketing teams to implement and support systems that enable effective customer relationship management, campaign management, and data analysis.
This is a hybrid role, going onsite twice a week in Irvine, CA.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data integrity and user accessibility.
- Conduct data analysis to derive insights that inform marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee campaign management processes, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on marketing systems and tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes and systems.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in campaign management and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and practices.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO best practices is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL is desirable.
- Experience with Content Management Systems and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
