Position Overview
We are seeking an Omnichannel Shopper Experience Manager to lead and enhance our customer engagement strategies across various retail platforms. This role focuses on creating a seamless shopping experience that integrates online and offline channels, ultimately driving sales and customer satisfaction.
This role will be onsite in the Parsippany, NJ office 1-2 days a week and the other days will be remote!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement omnichannel shopper experience strategies to improve customer journey across platforms.
- Manage a team dedicated to optimizing retail media across Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, and Instacart.
- Coordinate in-store consumer activations to align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Act as a project manager for initiatives aimed at enhancing the shopper experience.
- Analyze shopper behavior and trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management with a focus on retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of retail media across major platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, and Instacart.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in executing in-store consumer activations that drive engagement and sales.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to inform strategic decisions.
