Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative packaging concepts that align with brand strategy and product requirements.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed packaging designs and prototypes.
- Conduct 3D modeling to visualize packaging solutions and iteratively improve designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure structural integrity and functionality of packaging designs.
- Manage print production processes to ensure high-quality output of packaging materials.
- Research and select appropriate materials that promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and standards throughout the design process.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure packaging designs effectively communicate product benefits and brand messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and materials science.
- Experience with prototyping and structural design of packaging.
- Understanding of sustainability practices in packaging design.
- Familiarity with packaging regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
