We are seeking a talented Production Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various advertising campaigns that align with our brand identity. This role requires expertise in both print and digital design, ensuring quality and accuracy in all deliverables. Expertise in InDesign is a MUST!

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute advertising campaigns.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital mediums.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and standards.
- Prepare files for print production, including pdf prepress workflows and color correction.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure the accuracy of printed materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
- Strong experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with pdf prepress workflows and color correction techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
