- Design & Strategy: Develop visually compelling and strategically sound creative solutions that meet marketing objectives, delivering on time and within budget.
- Hands-On Creation: Execute projects using your expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (bonus points for Adobe Premiere skills).
- Brand Development: Craft and refine corporate branding with a keen eye for layout, color theory, and typography across bothdigital and print platforms.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Email Marketing: Design and optimize email campaigns, with experience in platforms like HubSpot and MailChimp.
- Content Creation: Write persuasive copy, including headlines and AI-assisted content, to complement your design work.
- Web Design Knowledge: Collaborate with in-house developers, bringing your understanding of responsive web design to enhance overall project outcomes.

- Agency Experience: A proven track record in a creative agency environment.
- In-Office Role: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pompano Beach, FL.
- Figma Proficiency: Expertise in Figma is a must, along with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
