Our financial services client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for the next 6 months, 40 hours week.
This role is hybrid in St. Louis, MO or fully remote for non-local candidates.
Summary
This role is crucial in supporting the firm by breaking down complex initiatives into actionable tasks, assembling the appropriate team, developing project plans, coordinating meetings, assigning decision-making responsibilities, and structuring the overall strategy. Additionally, you will ensure effective communication on project status and drive accountability to ensure successful completion.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Required: Agile Certification or experience working with agile methodologies is required
PMP, Change Management Experience Preferred
Strong program leadership in financial services industry/environment.
Experience as a project coordinator, business analyst, or solution train engineer.
Responsibilities

Assemble and lead project teams.
Develop and manage project plans.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings.
Assign decision-making responsibilities.
