Sr. Creative Project Manager

Position Overview
The Sr. Creative Project Manager (PM) role will help coordinate the traffic, workflows, and capacity for creative design and production projects within marketinginterfacing regularly cross-team and with our agency partners to ensure a seamless and consistent brand-to-demand experience.
The role requires someone with strong communication and organization skills, who is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open-mindedwith a drive to optimize processes and maximize efficiency. This individual will exhibit a high level of initiative, working independently and in support of department goals and Workday business objectives.
This individual will serve as a core connector and will identify and engage all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. They will lend support to ensure contributors are motivated and enabled to deliver their best work, on timeensuring project sponsors provide clear and complete requirements. The Sr. Creative PM will anticipate what a designer needs to fulfill a given request and can effectively identify/rectify gaps in advance of assignment. Similarly, they will provide rigorous quality assurance to ensure client specifications are met prior to delivery.
This position reports to the Creative Director, Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and engagement.
- Utilize project management tools such as Workfront to track project progress, manage resources, and adhere to deadlines.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards and project specifications.
- Implement and manage creative workflows in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements for future campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a focus on demand generation programs and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Workfront, to manage timelines and resources effectively.
- Strong experience with creative management and tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
