Senior Producer / Project Manager

Our well-known telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Producer / Project Manager to join their Brand Studio.

This is a 40hr / week role that requires being onsite in Philly Mon - Thurs, WFH on Friday.

Senior Producer / Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead required production efforts across the team as it relates to video, audio and graphics
• Establish and manage an intake process and ensure proper requirements have been delivered
• Create timelines, manage expectations with stakeholders and maintain constant communication across all contributors
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Track and analyze impact of team over time as it relates to finance and investment
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Coordinate and mange agencies, studios and other external creative resources for work we are responsible for, but not creating internally
  
  

Senior Producer / Project Manager Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience working as a producer and/or project manager
• Experience in video and digital production - specifically as it relates to interacting with motion designers, art directors and coordinating with studios
• Experience in print production - specifically as it relates to photoshoots, and a plus if there is experience with printing production (packaging and the like)
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, PPT, Teams, Outlook)
• Experience in working with Asana is a plus, but not required
• Must be organized, communicative and be able to work autonomously, partnering with stakeholders
• Comfortable presenting work to team, partners and leadership
