We are looking for a dynamic individual to handle dual roles, managing production efforts and project timelines. As a key member of our team, you will oversee video, audio, graphics, and print projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Asana for project management, overseeing workflows and tasks
- Lead production efforts, focusing on production aspects over creative agency processes
- Manage budgets, resources, and project communications
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, ensuring project progress is on track
Requirements:
- Strong background in video, digital, and print production
- Experience in marketing, print, and digital production processes
- Ability to manage workflows, communicate effectively, and multitask
- Familiarity with motion designers, art directors, and photo shoot coordination
- 6-8 years of experience in Producer/Project Manager roles
- Agency background preferred, with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Prior experience with Asana is a plus
