Web Content Developer - CMS

This position is a W2 contract, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of converting into a permanent salary position (no timeline given for that).

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web Content Editor and Associate Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing web content across various platforms while also contributing to the development of web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management systems and web development technologies, ensuring that our digital presence is engaging, functional, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and publish content on Strapi (CMS)
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and functionalities
• Optimize web content for search engines and user experience
• Maintain and update existing web pages and applications
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving website issues
• Work with designers to ensure a cohesive and attractive front-end design
• Utilize JavaScript and CSS to enhance website performance and interactivity
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Strapi, Drupal, WordPress or similar CMS system
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and CSS/HTML
• Experience with web content management and editing
• Familiarity with coding concepts and practices
• Understanding of front-end design principles
• Nice to have: Experience with REACT and RESTful APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred
