We are looking for dependable, flexible, and caring people to lead our two homes/programs. This position is FULL TIME with benefits! Must have valid drivers license and state minimum auto insurance.
Program LEAD would be working directly with the people we support and the staff helping to support them. Working with special needs/vulnerable adults is a very rewarding job but comes with many responsibilities, for example:
- Assisting clients to the store or transporting within the community when needed.
- Assist or prompt individuals when doing personal cares such as showering, shaving, and teeth brushing.
- Assist with day to day tasks such as meal prep and housecleaning as requested by the client.
- Assist client with achieving their goals within independent/community supported living.
Some of the other administrative duties may include, but not limited to:
- Supervising, training, evaluating direct care staff in their performance.
- Maintains accurate accounting of client monies and property.
- Fills unexpected vacancies with other employees or personally.
- Follows directions given from either of the Program Directors.
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients, applicants are required to complete a drug screening and background check. For this position- a valid driver's license, proof of valid insurance, and access to vehicle are all required.
