Creative Corrections is recruiting for a Payroll Clerk / HR Specialist position that will be reporting directly to the Accounting Department. The Payroll Clerk / HR Specialist will provide excellent support in a corporate environment.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk / HR Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position combines payroll processing responsibilities with essential human resources duties. The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll operations, supporting HR initiatives, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Duties :
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using ADP.
- Track and maintain employee PTO accruals and balances in ADP.
- Audit contractor expense reports for compliance and accuracy.
- Update and manage employee records, including address changes, direct deposit information, and tax withholdings.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Utilize QuickBooks for payroll-related data entry and reconciliation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and discrepancies.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
