What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Executive Assistant position at Creative Corrections, LLC?
The NIH, a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is the nation’s biomedical research agency and provides research and discoveries that improve health and save lives. NIH is made up of twenty-seven (27) Institutes and Centers (ICs), plus the Office of the Director. Each has its own specific research agenda, often focusing on diseases or body systems. NIH leadership plays an active role in shaping the agency's research planning, activities, and outlook.
These (ICs) support the mission of NIH is to seek fundamental knowledge about the nature and behavior of living systems and the application of that knowledge to enhance health, lengthen life, and reduce illness and disability. To accomplish this, NIH conducts research in institute laboratories, sponsors research by scientists in universities, medical schools, hospitals, and research institutions around the world; supports research training and supports biomedical information knowledge management and communication.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The base period of performance is a twelve (12) month base period with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of related experience working in an executive assistant role supporting C-level Executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using online calendars, cloud systems, and enterprise resource planning software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated skill and ability in managing multiple concurrent activities of varying complexity, with changing priorities and short turnaround times.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, including with those in a senior management role.
- Proven record of contributing to the efficient functioning and sound organization of an office or work unit and experience applying regulations and/or policies to guide work in an office setting.
