We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Specialist to join our team, specializing in the design, construction, and finishing of outdoor structures. This role will focus on building high-quality decks, fences, docks, gazebos, pergolas, roofs, and patio rooms. Additionally, the Construction Specialist will be responsible for painting, staining, and ensuring a flawless finish on all projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused approach to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble decks, fences, docks, gazebos, pergolas, and patio rooms per design specifications and safety standards.
• Install and repair roofs, including support structures, shingles, and sealants.
• Perform painting and staining tasks to enhance the appearance and durability of wood and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to meet client requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the project to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building decks, fences, docks, and other outdoor structures.
• Proficiency in carpentry, framing, painting, and staining techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
• This is a contract position ideal for motivated 1099 contractors skilled in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
