The successful Lead Barista will:
- Prepare and present food & beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
- Provide service to the customers in a positive, friendly, helpful manner.
- Respond proactively to prevent customer service situations. Investigate and resolve customer incidents, documenting if necessary.
- Run a register, other devices and Credit Card Machine accurately, following all cash handling procedures.
- Ensure accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements during work shift.
- Communicate to staff and manager any goals, concerns or challenges.
- Assists with product management; including ordering and inventory of stock.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 6 months of specialty coffee experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
