Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as handling all bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
- Assist with payroll processing
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Manage office supplies and equipment
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree if preferred
