We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our commercial door and hardware Department in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in the commercial door and hardware industry. Must have Division 8 and 10 experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage project teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the commercial door and hardware industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial door and hardware products and installation methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
