Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Responsible for becoming efficient in Timberline and Buy Out procedures and functions.
- Process Blue Stake markings for all jobs.
- Assist in strategically scheduling the delivery of materials needed for all current and upcoming jobs.
- Responsible for preparing information packets for Superintendents to be completed 72 hours prior to start of project.
- Responsible for strategically scheduling sub-contractors as needed and as directed by Director of Construction.
- Process back charge and cost adjustment forms as needed for material overages and vendor delays.
- Communicate with Designers and Superintendents on the effective staging of materials.
- Responsible for reporting daily to Project Purchasing Manager concerning plans processed and any challenges with vendors.
- Daily communication as needed concerning upscale projects which are in need of strategic planning.
- Bluestaking all job sites
- Handling any AD HOC items per Purchasing Manager
- Responsible for assisting the Purchasing personnel in data entry and filing tasks.
- Responsible for assisting with in-coming phones calls.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in various tasks and projects
Qualifications
Qualification/requirement:
- Good understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Good oral communication skills.
